Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing elitemathprep.com, booking a strategy call, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any product or service offered by Elite Math Prep (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. Elite Math Prep is operated by Kevin Woolf, a sole proprietor based in Florida.
2. Services Offered
Elite Math Prep provides the following educational services:
- Group Cohort Program: 6-week SAT/ACT preparation program including weekly group sessions and individual 1:1 sessions, capped at 5 students per cohort.
- Score Raise Program: 10-session diagnostic-driven 1:1 SAT/ACT tutoring program.
- Advanced Program: 20-session 1:1 SAT/ACT tutoring program for students with extended preparation timelines.
- Individual Sessions: Single 90-minute 1:1 tutoring sessions.
- Adaptive Practice Platform: Access to a digital practice platform featuring real College Board questions, AI-powered explanations, and a SmartScore dashboard.
- Free Math Diagnostic: A complimentary assessment tool available on the website.
- Free Strategy Call: A complimentary 15-minute consultation call with Kevin Woolf.
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment in any paid program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit via Stripe.
3.2 By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the refund policy described in Section 5.
3.3 Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Elite Math Prep does not store your payment card information.
3.4 All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Sessions are scheduled via Calendly at mutually agreed times.
4.2 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
4.3 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and counted as completed. No credit or refund will be issued for late cancellations.
4.4 If Elite Math Prep must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student.
4.5 For Group Cohort Programs: sessions cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be made up, as group sessions affect all enrolled students.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All programs require full payment at enrollment. No partial payments or payment plans are available. All inquiries should be directed to kevin@elitemathprep.com.
Score Raise Program (10 Sessions) and Advanced Program (20 Sessions):
- Full payment is due at enrollment.
- No cash refunds once the program has begun. All sales are final.
- Service Guarantee: If we execute the agreed-upon plan and your child's score is not improving, Kevin will add sessions at no additional charge until it does. This guarantee applies to students who complete all assigned practice and attend all scheduled sessions.
Group Cohort Program:
- Full payment is due at enrollment. No refunds once the cohort has started (after the first group session has occurred).
- If you cancel before the first session occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Individual Sessions:
- Payment is due at booking. No refund once the session has occurred.
- If cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited.
6. Service Guarantee & Disclaimer
Elite Math Prep provides diagnostic-driven tutoring designed to address each student’s specific skill gaps. If we execute the agreed-upon plan and your child’s score is not improving, Kevin will add sessions at no additional charge until it does. This service guarantee applies to students who complete all assigned practice, attend all scheduled sessions, and actively participate in the program.
This guarantee is a commitment to additional service, not a cash refund. Elite Math Prep makes no guarantee of specific score improvements, college admissions outcomes, or scholarship awards. “Score improvement” is measured by comparing the initial diagnostic baseline to subsequent practice performance and/or official test scores.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time, complete assigned practice between sessions, communicate openly with Kevin about areas of difficulty, and take full-length diagnostics under real test conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on elitemathprep.com, including the practice platform, diagnostic tools, session summaries, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Elite Math Prep / Kevin Woolf. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at elitemathprep.com/privacy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Math Prep and Kevin Woolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at elitemathprep.com/terms with an updated effective date.
