Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Elite Math Prep is operated by Kevin Woolf, a sole proprietor based in Florida, providing SAT and ACT tutoring services at elitemathprep.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, student grade level, current and target test scores, test date, and areas of difficulty (via the diagnostic tool). Payment information is processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
Information collected automatically: usage data via Google Analytics 4, device information, IP address, and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver tutoring services and platform access, schedule sessions via Calendly, process payments via Stripe, send session summaries and progress reports, send marketing emails (opt-out available at any time), and improve our site using aggregated analytics.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- Google Analytics (analytics)
- Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings)
- our email marketing platform for program communications.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for session management, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel for advertising, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Student diagnostic and session data is retained for a minimum of 2 years. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are designed for students in grades 9–12. We collect student information only with parental consent implied by enrollment. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing, and request a portable copy of your data. Email kevin@elitemathprep.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We implement reasonable security measures. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
10. Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted at elitemathprep.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
